There are currently 5,500 schools in the UK who either received or working towards the IQM. Student Wellbeing & Inclusion
Confido Education subscribes to the latest government guidance regarding Promoting and Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing in Schools.
Our Wellbeing Division are able to access a range of experienced professionals able to support you in developing systems to ensure that your school or trust has appropriate provision in place to support all students with their mental health and wellbeing needs.
Whether it be support with training needs, an audit of your current provision, support with specific students or cohorts of students or direct intervention from one of our experienced staff, Confido Education is well placed to work with you to identify an appropriate support package.
Training
With access to qualified and experienced training providers, Confido Education is able to provide access to both off the shelf training and bespoke training solutions to develop your capacity to deliver tailored support to both specific groups of vulnerable students and support more general wellbeing amongst the student body.
Motivational Workshops
We are also able to broker access to a range of motivational speakers designed to target particular groups of students in terms of raising aspirations, careers options and a range of other topics such as coping with exam stress etc.
In all cases, our delivery consultant will work with you to tailor the content of the workshop very precisely to your identified needs and provide a range of follow up opportunities as required.
Audit of Wellbeing and Support Service Provision
At Confido Education, we are proud to have access to a range of highly qualified and experienced consultants many of whom carry out assessments for inspection providers and other quality assurance frameworks in connection with inclusion and wellbeing.
As an organisation, we are well placed to support you in auditing your settings current practice in light of Ofsted expectations and provide you with impactful feedback and next steps to help you in developing your provision further.
Specialist Staff Intervention
Finally, we are able, through our high quality candidate pools, to source a wide range of specialist staff ranging from specialist support assistants, SENDCo and Deputy SENDCo and senior leaders who are highly experienced in overseeing SEND, Inclusion and Wellbeing and Safeguarding in schools.
