Guaranteed Pay Scheme
That’s right, no more loss of pay for a day when no work is offered.
The guaranteed pay supply contract will ensure that you are paid even if we are unable to secure you a role for the day.
You choose how many days you want to have guaranteed work; anything from 2 to 5 although we find most of our teeachers choose 5, and we will find you work for those days you are free.
There are roles which could be day to day or some vacancies which may last for a few weeks.
